Prep Spray 4 fl oz (118 ml) Tincture of benzoin. Forms a base for better adherence. Effective protection to skin area surrounding the stoma. Hold bottle 6 to 10 inches from stoma and spray using circular motion. Allow to dry for one minute. The stoma area is now ready for application of any type appliance. Tincture of Benzoin may be removed with soap and water. Flammable. Do not spray near flame or while smoking. Avoid spraying in eyes. Do not spray on, or apply directly to, open wounds or mucus membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Smith & Nephew Tincture of Benzoin Spray is an antiseptic prep that protects skin from adhesives and harsh body fluids. Tincture of Benzoin spray is a non-aerosol.
