Ferndale Mastisol Liquid Adhesive is a clear, non irritating, non-water-soluble, liquid adhesive that secures even the most difficult dressings for an extended period of time, and it is seven to ten times stickier than compound tincture of Benzoin. Plus, this unique adhesive is compatible with chlorohexidine gluconate (CHG) and has a low risk of adverse reactions. Ferndale Mastisol Liquid Adhesive can also save time and money by minimizing the risk of device-related infections by creating a lasting occlusive barrier; improving efficiency with reduced time associated with unplanned dressing changes; and reducing the likelihood of dressing displacement and device dislodgement.
