Carbon fiber fabrics are made from carbon nano tubes bundled together into TOWs. The TOW is referred by the number of nano tubes bundled, 3K=3000 tubes. BEEHIVE weave (TOW-3000 strands of carbon nano tubes are woven together interlaced to form fabric weave).
