Composite Dressing 3M™ Medipore™ 3-1/2 X 4 Inch Rectangle Sterile Nonwoven Backing 3M's Medipore +Pad soft cloth dressings are porous and breathable to maintain skin integrity. They have a nonadherent pad that won't unsettle the wound bed. 1-3/4 inch x 2-3/8 inch pads are absorbent to help maintain a proper healing environment. The adhesive on the white, 3.5 x 4 inch dressing is strong yet gentle on the skin.
