PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:Areza Fabripore Soft Fabric Porous Adhesive Skin Tape is composed of a porous fabric backing covered with an adhesive layer. The adhesive tape is designed to decrease the risk of maceration while securing other dressings (primary) over the wounds. Conveniently perforated every 2 inches to be able to tear it by hand for easier handling. No latex is used in production of this tape. FEATURES: High quality fabric backing(non-polyurethane)The semi-occlusive adhesive fabric stabilizes any other dressing used as a primary dressingThe adhesive fabric may partially protect wound from fluid and bacterial contaminationThe non-woven fabric backing in the tape conforms to the woundNo latex is used in productINDICATIONS: Areza Fabripore Soft Fabric Porous Adhesive Skin Tape is used secure primary dressings on wounds, or on any other device accessory that may need fixation PRECAUTIONS: Do not use Areza Fabripore Soft Fabric Porous Adhesive Skin Tape on patients with known sensitivity to any of its components.This product is of single use. Do not re-use.Non-sterile.Athought backing of the tape is waterproof, water and liquid may pass through the sides of the tape if submerged or with prolonged exposure to liquids.For fragile skin, it is recommended to prepare the skin with commercial skin protectors in the areas where the adhesive tape will be applied before its application.Colored liquids can discolor the adhesive tape.If needed, use medical glue remover to remove glue residues on the skin. Do not use soap, alcohol or other chemicals or scratch skin to remove glue residuesDIRECTIONS: Place the primary dressing over the wound as recommended by the wound care provider. Tear the tape from the perforations and place over the primary dressing. Not to be put on wounds directly.To remove: Gently pull the adhesive tape from one side.
