The Molnlycke Mepilex Ag Foam Dressing with Silver is an absorbent antimicrobial foam dressing with Safetac technology that provides a rapid, sustained release of ionic silver. The Safetac layer protects the wound and peri-wound area; reduces the risk or maceration; promotes undisturbed wound healing; and minimizes trauma and pain at dressing change. This dressing also inactivates wound pathogens within 30 minutes for a 7-day period.
