With three different layers working together, the three-layer compression bandage system can compress skin for up to 7 days. The inner layer is a white cotton foam pad that can absorb blood and exudate, while molding to the wearer's body for a comfortable fit. The middle layer is a cohesive and elastic compression bandage that binds to the leg firmly while also providing breathability. The outer layer consists of self-adherent bandages designed to wrap around the other layers and keep them intact without tape. Each of these layers are nonsterile. For compression without using the outer layer, tape strips are also included.
